Insider Sales (BDE) for LeadsForCoach

LeadsForCoach, a specialized digital marketing agency for coaches, counselors, and therapists in Bangalore, is seeking a motivated and coachable Appointment Setter to join our team. As the first hire, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly under the guidance of the founder and play a key role in the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100 calls per day to prospective coaching, counseling, and therapy clients
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach methods (full training will be provided)
• Qualify inbound leads from Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Book a minimum of 10 qualified appointments (online or offline meeting) per month, each with a potential contract value of at least ₹15,000
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for qualified leads and booked appointments
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
• Strong desire to learn and implement new lead generation techniques
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Comfortable with high volume of phone calls
• Prior experience in sales or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary of ₹10,000 ₹12,000 per month
• New Client Closing Bonus: For every new client you help bring onboard, you’ll earn 30% of the first month’s revenue generated from that client, paid out as soon as the client’s first payment clears.
