Job Summary The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing premium customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term premium customer relationships. The role involves handling premium customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance customer experience, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries and support requests via phone call. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. * Provide accurate information regarding company products and services. * Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives. * Schedule appointments and coordinate with stores or service centres. * Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system. * Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey. Required Skills & Qualifications * Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. * Basic sales and negotiation skills. * Customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented approach. * Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office applications. * Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
