Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive (voice + chats) who will be responsible for connecting with job applicants, explaining job opportunities, and scheduling interviews. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication and comfortable handling of calls and chats daily.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential candidates from the provided leads database
  • Explain job roles and company details clearly to candidates
  • Screen candidates based on basic requirements
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal team
  • Follow up with candidates for interview attendance and joining
  • Maintain daily call records and update tracking sheets
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of interested candidates
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is required. Knowledge of Nepali will be an added advantage.
