Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Telesales Executive to handle customer interactions, generate sales through outbound calls, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Explain products/services, features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/system.
• Monitor and follow up on pending leads to maximize conversions.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth order processing.
• Prepare regular sales and lead-conversion reports.
• Support and guide junior telesales executives when required.
