Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate and convert leads for our residential construction services. The candidate will communicate with prospective clients, understand their construction requirements, explain our services, arrange site visits and consultations, and follow up with leads until conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
• Contact leads generated through social media, digital marketing, referrals, and other sources.
• Understand customers' requirements, construction plans, location, and budget.
• Explain the company's residential construction services and process.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements and project potential.
• Schedule site visits, meetings, and consultations with interested customers.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales and site teams for customer visits and enquiries.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Work towards monthly lead generation and project conversion targets.
• Update lead status and follow-up details in Excel/CRM.
• Maintain good professional relationships with potential and existing customers.

Education & Experience

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, real estate, construction, or customer service.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in real estate, residential construction, home construction, or property sales will be preferred.

Work Requirements

• Full-time, office-based position.
• Regular calling and lead follow-up.
• Coordination with the sales and site teams.
• Occasional site visits/meetings may be required.
