We are looking for a hands-on Creative Executive who can take ideas from concept to execution across video, graphic design, social media, advertising and website content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable shooting and editing videos, creating strong visual designs, supporting website updates and managing multiple creative requirements independently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute content shoots for Reels, campaigns, events and social media.
• Capture high-quality footage of facilities, coaching, athletes, members, classes and events.
• Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, Stories and Meta Ad creatives.
• Create multiple video variations, hooks and formats for different platforms.
• Add subtitles, on-screen text, transitions, music and other post-production elements.
• Design social media posts, carousels, Stories, ad creatives, campaign assets and promotional materials.
• Create print creatives such as posters, pamphlets, standees and event collateral.
• Translate marketing objectives into creative concepts and visual content.
• Support visual updates to the Scooled website, including banners, images, videos and campaign sections.
• Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and specifications.
• Maintain organized folders for raw footage, source files, final creatives and website assets.
• Ensure all creative work follows Scooled’s visual identity and brand standards.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver creative requirements on time.
• Requirements2–4 years of experience in content creation, video editing, graphic design or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video and Meta Ads.
• Ability to independently shoot and edit high-quality video content.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals, including layout, typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro or equivalent software.
• Experience with Wix or other website builders is preferred.
• Good understanding of social media formats and platform requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good file and asset management skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying content requirements and creative opportunities.
• Interest in sports, fitness, lifestyle or community-driven brands is an advantage.
