Job Description
- Handle daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and payments.
- Perform accurate data entry, transaction processing, and verification of financial information.
- Reconcile accounts and identify, investigate, and resolve transaction discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, AML, KYC, and other applicable guidelines.
- Prepare financial reports, account statements, transaction summaries, and operational reports.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of transactions and supporting documentation.
- Identify process gaps and assist in implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks.
- Handle queries related to transaction status, banking processes, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and customer information.
