Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department whenever required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update interaction details in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
