About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused, and enthusiastic individuals to join the Traya Voice Process. You’ll interact with customers, understand their concerns, provide the right solutions, and create a positive customer experience.

Language RequirementsHindi & English – Mandatory
Any ONE regional language – Kannada / Tamil
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer calls professionally – inbound and outbound
- Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
- Follow process, quality, and compliance guidelines
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Achieve daily productivity and performance targets
Who Can Apply?
- Graduates: Freshers are welcome
- Non-Graduates: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Good verbal communication in Hindi & English
- Proficiency in Kannada or Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Comfortable working from the HSR Layout office
