Job Description:
· Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
· Document performance reviews and appraisals
· Foster positive relationships between employees and management
· Support employee growth through development initiatives
· Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory requirements
· Maintain and update all HR-related documentation
· Keep all legal and statutory documents current and organized
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
· Prepare and manage comprehensive training calendars
· Coordinate and track training programs
Key Requirements:
1.Should be good in MS Excel
2. Must be good at recruitment.
3. Excellent Communication Skills
4. Should gel with the organisational culture and adapt.
5. Should be willing to relocate to Devanahalli.
