Job Description
Estate Hive is a RERA-registered real estate brokerage in Bangalore. We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage hiring for our sales and operations teams. Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply.
What you will do:
- Understand hiring needs and write job posts for each role
- Find candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, referrals and walk-in drives
- Hire in bulk for sales executives, tele-callers and site visit staff
- Screen resumes and do first-round phone interviews
- Schedule interviews with managers and collect feedback
- Discuss salary, release offer letters and follow up until joining
- Handle joining documents and induction for new hires
- Keep hiring records updated and share a weekly hiring report
What we need:
- Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Good English; Kannada, Hindi or Telugu is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Good communication skills and comfortable talking to many people daily
- Organised and willing to learn quickly
Good to have:
- Experience in recruitment, especially bulk hiring for sales roles
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn or other job portals
