Role Overview

An HR Manager bridges the gap between management and employees, handling everything from talent acquisition and legal compliance to employee engagement and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle hiring, including workforce planning, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding programs.
• Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, handle grievances, and manage disciplinary or termination processes.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to local and national labor laws and maintain company handbooks and policies.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll coordination, salary benchmarking, and employee benefits administration.
• Performance & Training: Manage performance appraisal systems and design professional development or training initiatives.
• HR Analytics: Monitor HR metrics (like turnover and retention) to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of progressive HR experience, often including time as an HR Generalist or Specialist.
• Skills: Proficiency in HR software/HRIS, strong knowledge of employment law, and excellent conflict-resolution and communication skills.
