Job Description

🎯 Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

✅ Age: 18–25 years

✅ Some background in e-commerce

✅ Coordinate with the sales team

✅ Handle customer queries and complaints

✅ Generate sales and prospect enquiries when required

✅ Manage emails and official communications

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office


🗣️ Language Requirements:

* Fluent in English and Kannada

* Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu will be an added advantage


⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Saturday office meeting at Richards Town

🎉 Holidays: Sundays and major festivals
