Job Description

  • Visit customer sites to diagnose and fix solar plant issues — inverter faults, wiring problems, generation drops, panel or connection faults
  • Perform quick on-site repairs and minor part replacements
  • Carry out routine maintenance checks and panel cleaning
  • Respond promptly to customer service complaints and resolve issues on the same visit where possible
  • Check earthing, AC/DC connections, and safety compliance during visits
  • Report recurring or major issues back to the office for follow-up
