About the Role

Unilife Global Education is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telecaller to join our Bangalore office. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our overseas education services, following up with leads, and scheduling counselling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from company-provided leads.

- Understand students' education background, career interests, and study-abroad plans.

- Explain overseas education opportunities, admission processes, and available services.

- Generate interest and convert enquiries into counselling appointments.

- Follow up with students through phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and appointments.

- Coordinate with the Student Counselling and Admissions team.

- Follow up regularly with prospective students until they visit or connect with the counsellor.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

- Handle student enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students and parents.

Requirements

- Female candidates preferred.

- Good communication skills in English and Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi.

- Other Languages will be an added advantage.

- Confident and pleasant personality.

- Good convincing and follow-up skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to communicate professionally over the phone.

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

- Experience in telecalling, sales, education consultancy, or customer support will be an advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and performance.
