Job Description – Telecaller

Position: Telecaller / Visa Counsellor
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads.
- Explain visa services, immigration processes, and available opportunities to clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and client information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and sales teams.
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi, English, and Punjabi.
