Job Description

  1. Lead Generation & Sales: Make outbound calls to new customers and explain the company’s products or services.
  2. Customer Support: Attend customer calls, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
  3. Data Entry: Update customer details, call records, and feedback in the company database.
  4. Follow-up Calls: Contact customers regularly and maintain good relationships.
  5. Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
