Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientated sales & marketing manager to handle field sales and B2B business development for a company. The candidate will be responsible for visiting existing clients, maintaining business relationships, generating orders, and identifying new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit existing B2B clients and maintain strong business relationships.
• Follow up with existing customers and collect repeat orders.
• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
• Promote the company products and solutions.
• Conduct field visits to dealers, distributors, showrooms, and business clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, close sales, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain regular client visit reports and sales updates.
• Explore new markets and expand the company's customer base.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or marketing.
• Experience in automation or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of field sales and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• Target-orientated with good business development skills.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

A proactive male candidate with strong field sales experience, B2B client-handling capabilities, and the ability to generate repeat business and secure new orders.
