Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare biryani as per company recipes and SOPs.
- Handle rice cooking, marination, masala preparation, and dum cooking.
- Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Follow food safety standards and minimize food wastage.
Requirements:
- Experience in biryani preparation preferred.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
