Job Description

The ERP Executive is responsible for managing daily ERP entries, updating order and material details, preparing picking sheets, and ensuring accurate data entry and coordination with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Update and maintain accurate order, material, and stock details in the ERP system.
  2. Prepare and verify picking sheets based on event requirements and Delivery Challans (DC).
  3. Handle last-minute picking sheet changes received from the Sales Team during night shifts.
  4. Coordinate with the Operations and Store teams to ensure material availability and accuracy.
  5. Identify and report ERP errors, stock mismatches, and order discrepancies to the concerned manager.
  6. Maintain proper records and complete all assigned ERP tasks within the required timeline.

Skills Required:

  1. Basic computer knowledge and ERP software skills.
  2. Good Excel and data-entry skills.
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Good coordination and communication skills.
