HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities for hospitality businesses, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for hotels, restaurants, cafés, and QSR outlets.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database updates.
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
• Handle employee grievances, engagement activities, and staff retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads for manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
• Conduct exit formalities and maintain employee separation records.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and HR operations.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
