Key responsibilities
- Recruitment, onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
- Daily attendance, shift rosters, leave management and payroll inputs.
- Coordination with contract labour agencies and manpower planning.
- Employee grievances, disciplinary matters and industrial relations.
- Statutory compliance relating to applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, and contractor records.
- Factory HR administration, welfare activities and employee engagement.
- Training coordination, skill matrix maintenance and performance appraisal support.
- HR MIS reports, absenteeism, attrition and manpower cost tracking.
- Coordination with Production, Quality, Stores and other departments.
- Support for internal audits, safety initiatives and HR policy implementation.
Typical qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or MSW.
- Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, Excel and HRMS.
- Good communication and employee-handling skills.
