Senior HR Recruiter

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven HR Recruiter to oversee end-to-end recruitment for our FMCG Division, specifically focusing on the General Trade (GT) sales and distribution network. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-performing talent across field sales (Sales Officers, Territory Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers), distributor operations, and trade marketing teams.

• Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing (GT Focus)Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for General Trade positions across entry-level to mid-management roles.
• Build a robust candidate pipeline for high-turnover field roles (e.g., Sales Representatives, Pilot Sales Executives, Territory Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers).
• Leverage diverse sourcing channels including local job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, field referrals, and regional recruitment agencies.
• 2. Screening & EvaluationConduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates on relevant FMCG distribution experience, territory knowledge, channel handling, and beat planning expertise.
• Evaluate candidates for cultural alignment, communication skills, and sales drive.
