Job Description
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Understand customers' education loan requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Explain loan processes, eligibility, documentation, and other requirements to customers.
- Collect and verify required documents from customers.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the loan application process.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Maintain accurate customer and application records.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
