Job Description

  • ey ResponsibilitiesHandle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
  • Generate bills and process customer payments using the POS system.
  • Maintain accurate cash records and ensure proper cash handling.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies.
  • Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries.
  • Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth order processing.
  • Maintain proper records of invoices, refunds, discounts, and void transactions.
  • Ensure the cash counter and surrounding area are clean and organized.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and billing.
  • Support the restaurant team during busy hours as required.
  • RequirementsPrevious experience as a cashier in a restaurant, café, hotel, or retail environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is an advantage.
