Job Description

Responsibilities:

•      Meet a minimum of 10 customers daily (new or existing)

•      Attend appointments booked by Telecallers and give feedback to the Telecaller the next morning

•      Explain chit schemes, tenure, contribution and auction terms clearly and accurately

•      Complete monthly targets by the 25th; minimum one 25-lakh chit booking per week

•      Submit the DSR daily and get it signed by the CSO

•      Update every customer interaction in the CRM

•      Give commitments to customers only after CSO approval; call the CSO immediately in case of doubt

•      Take the CSO along on customer visits at least once a week

•      Prepare a forward 10-month work plan with booking details

•      Do not handle cash or collections; hand any payment to Accounts the same day

•      Follow the dress code, report to office morning and evening, and maintain a daily diary


Experience: 1–3 years in field or consultative sales; financial products preferred; fluent Tamil.
