Job Description
Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to convert enquiries into sales orders.
Load customer Purchase Orders as Sales Orders in SAP Business One after verifying pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Stores, and Dispatch for timely order execution and delivery.
Maintain customer records, track pending orders, and submit daily and monthly sales reports.
