Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage daily financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and expense tracking.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and vendor reconciliations, investigate mismatches, and ensure ledger accuracy.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, Profit & Loss reports, and cash flow reports.

• Taxation & Compliance: Support GST filings, TDS calculations and filings, statutory compliance, and related documentation.

• Audits: Prepare supporting schedules and documents for internal and statutory audits.

• Accuracy & Controls: Identify discrepancies, investigate unusual entries, and flag financial bottlenecks in a timely manner.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the 11-member Finance & Operations team and relevant departments to resolve accounting and payment-related issues.

• Month-End Activities: Support closing activities and ensure records and reports are completed within deadlines.
