Customer Care Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for confident and motivated Lead Generation Executives to join our US Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in the United States, identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers in the United States.

Generate qualified leads and identify prospective clients.

Explain the company's products or services to potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and assess their interest.

Schedule appointments or arrange callbacks for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.

Follow calling scripts, lead generation targets, and company guidelines.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Follow up with interested prospects to improve conversion rates.

Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

Required Skills

Good English communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in handling outbound calls.

Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.

Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

Freshers can apply; prior experience in US voice process, telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is an advantage.

Candidates must be comfortable with outbound calling and night shifts.
