Spread across a 20-acre campus in Hapur, the Group offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Computer Applications, Architecture and Fashion Design.

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Executive with practical experience in video creation, editing and social media management to strengthen our digital presence and showcase campus life, student achievements and academic activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Creation & Editing

● Independently plan, shoot and edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.

● Capture campus activities, classrooms, student experiences, events and faculty interactions using a smartphone.

● Record and edit student testimonials, alumni success stories and faculty interviews.

● Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions and graphics to create engaging videos.

● Create short promotional videos supporting admissions and institutional branding.

2. Social Media Management

● Manage regular content publishing on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

● Prepare and execute weekly and monthly social media content calendars.

● Write engaging captions, descriptions and relevant hashtags.

● Track basic engagement metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.

● Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them to educational content.

3. Graphic Design & Content Development

● Create attractive social media posts, carousels, event announcements and admissions creatives using Canva or similar tools.

● Develop content highlighting academic programmes, campus facilities, student achievements and institutional activities.

● Use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI for content ideation and productivity.

4. Campus Content Collection

● Coordinate with students, faculty members and departments to collect relevant content.

● Capture photographs and videos of seminars, workshops, placements, cultural events and other campus activities.

● Identify interesting student stories and collect testimonials.

● Maintain an organized library of photographs, videos and promotional content.

5. Admissions & Brand Promotion

● Create content that strengthens Sanskar Educational Group's brand and supports student admissions.

● Work closely with the admissions team to develop engaging promotional campaigns.

● Highlight the institution's academic offerings, facilities, student experiences and achievements.

Required Skills & Experience

● Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in social media content creation, videography or video editing.

● Proven ability to independently shoot and edit short-form videos.

● Practical knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.

● Experience using video editing applications such as CapCut, VN, InShot or similar tools.

● Working knowledge of Canva for graphic design.

● Ability to write basic social media captions and develop creative content ideas.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students and faculty.

● Ability to manage multiple content assignments and meet deadlines.

● Must own a smartphone capable of recording good-quality videos.

Important: This is a full-time, on-campus position at Sanskar Educational Group, Hapur, requiring six working days per week. Candidates must be comfortable independently shooting content and interacting with students and faculty members.
