💼 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive who can connect with patient leads, understand their requirements, build trust, and convert qualified leads into doctor consultation bookings.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with patient leads

• Understand patients’ requirements and concerns

• Explain Cosma Fertility’s consultation services

• Build trust and maintain professional communication

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed consultations

• Handle patient queries and objections effectively

• Maintain lead and conversion records

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience

• Healthcare, fertility, hospital, or wellness experience preferred

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Hindi + relevant regional language proficiency is mandatory

• Comfortable speaking with patients over calls

• Target-oriented and proactive

• Comfortable working in a Work From Office environment
