Job Summary: Manav Herbals is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for speaking with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our Ayurvedic & herbal products, generating orders, and maintaining good customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain Manav Herbals Ayurvedic and herbal products clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products as per company guidelines.
• Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested customers and pending orders.
• Confirm customer details and orders accurately.
• Handle customer questions and basic product-related queries.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, orders, and follow-ups.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and order-processing team when required.
• Follow company policies, calling guidelines, and professional communication standards.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
• Good Hindi communication skills.
• Basic English communication is an advantage.
• Good convincing and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers.
• Fresher candidates are welcome.
• Prior telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales experience will be an advantage.
