Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Customer Sales Executive for our B2B Sales team. The role involves identifying potential business partners and helping them explore Franchise and LDP (Loan Distribution Point) business opportunities with Pay&Serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate potential B2B leads through calls, references and other sources.
• Connect with prospective business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals interested in starting a financial services business.
• Explain the Pay&Serve Franchise and LDP business model, benefits and earning opportunities.
• Understand prospects' requirements and recommend the suitable business model.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful business partners.
• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to partner onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with business partners.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and onboarding targets.
• Maintain proper records and regular updates of sales activities.
Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong interest in B2B sales and business development.
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and explaining business opportunities.
• Target-oriented and confident in handling prospects.
• Freshers are welcome; prior sales/B2B experience will be an advantage.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
