Industry: Real Estate

Location: Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

Experience: Minimum 1–2 Years

Preference: Candidates with Real Estate Industry experience

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.

* Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.

* Screen candidates and conduct HR interviews.

* Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

* Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll, incentives, and HR records.

* Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance reviews.

* Manage employee engagement, discipline, and grievance handling.

* Develop and implement HR policies and processes.

* Prepare HR, attendance, recruitment, and performance reports.

* Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning.

* Manage and guide HR team members, if applicable.

* Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.

                                                                                                         👤 Candidate Profile

* Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience.

* Real Estate HR experience will be highly preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good leadership and team-management abilities.

* Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

* Good command of *MS Excel / Google Sheets*.

* Ability to independently handle HR responsibilities and meet hiring targets.
