Job Description — Telecaller | Telecalling Sales Executive (Real Estate)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic Telecalling Sales Executives to generate and convert Real Estate business through telephone calls. The candidate will handle leads, understand customer requirements, explain suitable loan products, and coordinate with the sales/operations team until disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for Real Estate requirements Like Plots,Villa,Flat.
• Understand customer profile, Need, employer, property requirements.
• Check basic eligibility and identify suitable property requirement options.
• Explain about the property to the customer and also get the client requirements .
• Convert qualified leads into deal Convertion or pass share that lead with your seniors.
• Follow up regularly with customers through calls/WhatsApp as permitted by company policy.
• Coordinate with the team members for same project.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel| Google Sheet.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
• Ensure communication is professional and compliant with company/lender guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, Real estate ,personal loans, credit cards, banking, NBFC or financial services will be an advantage.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Willing to work in a sales environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹[12000] – ₹[25000] per month
