Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Loan Sales
Location: Pan India
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Field Sales (Preferred)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Based on previous experience and interview performance
- Job Responsibilities (KRA)Lead Generation: Work on customer data and leads provided by the company.
- Customer Interaction: Contact potential customers and explain available loan products.
- Loan Sales: Generate loan business by identifying customers interested in loan services.
- Customer Meetings: Visit customers and meet them as required for loan sales.
- Lead Follow-up: Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into loan applications.
- Loan Application: Assist customers with the loan application process.
- Documentation: Collect and verify the required customer documents as per company guidelines.
- Sales Targets: Achieve daily and monthly loan sales targets.
- Customer Relationship: Maintain good relationships with customers and provide basic assistance.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales updates, lead status, and follow-up reports.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months of field sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and customer visits.
- Basic smartphone and mobile application knowledge.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Required DocumentsAadhaar Card
- PAN Card
