Company: Skill Matrix India (SMI)
Location: Greater Noida West, Delhi NCR
Experience: Minimum 1–3 Years
Budget: 2 LPA to 3.5 LPA
Job Summary:
Skill Matrix India is looking for a result-oriented Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates as per client requirements and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls average 100+ every day.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback.
- Negotiate salary expectations and ensure candidate joining.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and Boolean searches.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
