Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to generate business for aluminium and UPVC doors & windows.
Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads through market visits, references and business development
• Follow up with existing enquiries and company leads
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate site visits
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Maintain regular follow-ups until order closure
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams
• Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of sales/business development experience
• Building material, construction, windows, doors, aluminium or UPVC experience preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field visits
• Target-oriented attitude
• Valid driving licence preferred
