KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRA) – SALES ASSOCIATE

As a Sales Associate at The Realty Makler, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Lead Management & Calling

- Proactively call on company-provided data and generated leads on a daily basis.

- Maintain proper follow-ups and client engagement through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.

- Convert leads into qualified prospects through effective communication.

2. Client Handling & Site Visits

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.

- Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.

- Achieve assigned weekly site visit targets as defined by the management.

3. Sales & Revenue Targets

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.

- Ensure timely closure of deals and coordination with clients and developers.

- Maintain a strong pipeline to ensure consistent conversions.

4. Social Media & Marketing Activities

- Actively participate in creating social media videos and content for marketing purposes.

- Promote company projects through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

- Build personal branding to generate organic leads.

5. Reporting & Discipline

- Maintain daily reporting of calls, follow-ups, and meetings.

- Update CRM or reporting systems regularly.

- Follow company processes, policies, and ethical sales practices.

Performance Measurement

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

- Number of calls and lead conversions

- Weekly site visit achievements

- Sales closures and revenue generated

- Contribution to marketing activities

- Overall professionalism and discipline
