Accounts Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manufacturing accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, MIS reporting, budgeting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Monitor inventory accounting and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
• Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management.
• Manage payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
• Verify purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting policies.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to achieve departmental goals.

QualificationsBachelor's

• Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• M.Com / MBA (Finance) – Preferred
• CA Inter / CMA Inter – Added Advantage

Software Knowledge

• Tally Prime
• Busy Accounting Software (Preferred)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• MS Office
• ERP Software (Preferred)

Preferred Candidate

• 5–8 years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry.
• Ability to independently manage complete accounting functions.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and financial regulations.
• Experience handling audits and financial reporting.
• Team management experience is preferred.
