Job Description
Manage customer onboarding and ensure seamless transition from sales to service.
Maintain and optimize CRM systems for accurate customer records and workflows.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-purchase, handling queries and escalations.
Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, loyalty, and engagement.
Monitor outstanding payments and drive efficient collections processes.
Coordinate with finance, operations, and service teams to ensure commitments are met.
Track KPIs such as customer satisfaction, retention rate, and collection efficiency.
Generate reports and dashboards on CRM performance, customer lifecycle, and receivables.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and data protection regulations.
