Job Summary:

Looking for an Insurance Sales Advisor responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to new and existing customers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable insurance plans, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new customers and sales leads.

- Explain insurance policies, benefits, coverage, premiums, and terms to customers.

- Understand customer financial and insurance needs.

- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

- Maintain regular communication and good relationships with customers.

- Assist customers with policy applications and documentation.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Provide after-sales service and support.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

- Follow company policies and insurance regulations.
