Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales bills and delivery challan
  • maintain dispatch and delivery records
  • Track customer payments and follow up on dues
  • Maintain basic stock recors and updates
  • Use excel for maintaining reports and records
  • Handle day to day billing and documentation work


Requirements:

  • Basic Tally and billing knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of excel
  • Good communication and follow up skills
  • Responsible and organised
  • Prior experience in billing/accounts will be preferred
