📌 Job Responsibilities: 📞 Call candidates for BPO job vacancies 👥 Explain job details, salary, and interview process 📅 Schedule interviews and confirm walk-ins ✅ Follow up with candidates until joining
💰 Salary & Incentives
- ₹3,000 Fixed Salary + Incentives
- ₹20 per confirmed walk-in
- ₹250 per successful joining
- Earning potential up to ₹30,000/month
🎯 Daily Target: Minimum 10 confirmed walk-ins
