Job Description

Key Responsibilities / KRA:

  • Customer Handling: Greet customers, understand their requirements, and provide a good shopping experience.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
  • Category & Display Management: Maintain proper product placement, display, and category presentation.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommend relevant products and encourage customers to purchase additional products.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain complete knowledge of products, features, pricing, and offers.
  • POS / Billing: Handle billing, POS operations, payments, and generate accurate bills.
  • Store Hygiene & Discipline: Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and required visual merchandising standards.
  • Inventory Support: Support stock counting, product availability, and inventory accuracy.


Skills & Preferences:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Strong sales and convincing abilities.
  • Good product understanding and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems.
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and presentable personality.
  • Target-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Retail sales experience will be preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
