Job Description
- Attend customers visiting the dealership and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, mileage, and benefits.
- Generate sales leads through calls, references, walk-in customers, and field activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test rides wherever applicable.
- Explain finance options, EMI plans, insurance, registration, and other documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with finance companies, RTO agents, insurance providers, and the dealership team.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and lead follow-up records.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure all required documents are completed.
- Monitor local market activities and competitor offers.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; graduation will be an advantage.
- Experience in automobile sales or dealership sales preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and finance options.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain sales records.
- Customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Valid driving licence preferred, especially for test rides or demonstrations.
