Social Media Manager

Sansi Mayo is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple digital and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, brand communication, and social media growth.

The candidate should be comfortable managing platforms including:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube
• LinkedIn
• Pinterest
• X (Twitter)
• Google Business Profile

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand's goals.
• Manage the brand's day-to-day presence across social media platforms.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Create and coordinate engaging content including Reels, posts, carousels, stories and videos.
• Write engaging captions, copy and social media content.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers and other team members for content creation.
• Monitor trends, trending audio, hashtags and emerging social media formats.
• Develop campaigns and creative ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage community engagement, comments, messages and audience interactions.
• Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Track reach, engagement, followers, conversions and other relevant KPIs.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for content and brand growth.
• Maintain a consistent premium and luxury brand image across all platforms.
