🎯 Role OverviewWe are hiring a friendly & confident Female Telecaller who can call interested buyers, explain product details politely, and convert inquiries into sales 💬✨
- 🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- 📞 Call interested and existing customers
- 💍 Explain jewellery designs, prices & offers clearly
- 🗣️ Talk politely and confidently with customers
- 🔄 Follow up with customers regularly for conversions
- 📲 Coordinate with sales team for video calling orders
- 📝 Update customer details and call status
- 🤝 Build long-term customer relationships
- ✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- 👩 Gender: Female
- 🎂 Age: 22 – 40 years
- 🎓 Education: 12th Pass
- 🕒 Experience: Freshers can apply 🌱
- 🗣️ Language: Hindi (clear & confident), Basic English
💎 Experience in Jewellery or Fashion products is a plus
