Job Description
We are hiring energetic, confident, and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team at SGP Group.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, calling interested leads, explaining our healthcare and wellness products, and converting leads into successful sales.
- Make outbound calls to interested customers and company-provided leads.
- Explain product details, pricing, and offers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Convert interested leads into confirmed sales orders.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM remarks.
- Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with team leaders to improve sales performance.
