Job Description

Collection- Tell caller

Responsibilities:

  • Explain loan products, offers and repayment-related information to customers.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending EMI payments and collection accounts.
  • Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
  • Follow up regularly with interested and existing customers.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and handle queries professionally.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers can apply.
  • Candidates with experience in tele calling, collections, banking, NBFC or financial services will be preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi, Marwari and English are required.
  • Should be comfortable making outbound calls and working with targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
